1. Authorized use only
TKTSAPP Scanner is a professional event-operations application for real, in-person events at physical venues. It may be used only by an authorized administrator, organizer owner, organizer manager or assigned scanner staff member using their own approved account or a temporary event-login QR generated by an authorized organizer.
TKTS APP is operated under Jumpers Agency. Jumpers Agency VAT Registration Number: 762634405. Registered contact address: 51 Hay El Diplomaseen, Sheikh Zayed, Giza Governorate 11865, Egypt.
2. Account and device responsibility
Keep your password, two-factor codes and device secure. Do not share your account, take screenshots of confidential attendee data, copy QR payloads, or allow an unauthorized person to use your signed-in device. Temporary event-login QR codes are event-scoped and time-limited; they must be treated as confidential operational credentials.
We may suspend access, invalidate a session or restrict a device where we reasonably believe there is unauthorized use, a security risk, an out-of-scope scan attempt, fraud, or a breach of these terms.
3. Scanning and admission
The Scanner app validates a ticket against server-side event, session and usage rules. It may show a valid, used, expired, transferred, revoked, duplicate or out-of-scope result. You must follow the result and your organizer's venue procedures. A green validation result is not a waiver of lawful venue safety, identity, age, capacity or admission rules.
You must not manually override a rejected ticket, scan a ticket for an event or session outside your assignment, attempt to bypass duplicate-scan controls, or use the app to admit someone without a valid authorization.
4. Privacy and attendee data
Use the least attendee information necessary to complete entry operations. Do not collect personal contact details, payment information, QR images or ticket serials outside the approved workflow. Organizer access is intentionally limited and does not give a right to view buyer payment, security, transfer or ticket-custody information.
5. Availability and changes
The app requires a compatible device, camera access and an internet connection for live validation. Availability may be affected by network, device, venue or third-party conditions. TKTS APP may update, suspend or change the app to protect security, improve operations or meet legal requirements.
6. Ownership and acceptable use
The TKTS APP software, branding, interfaces and related materials are owned by or licensed to Jumpers Agency. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, interfere with, introduce malicious code into, or use the application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
7. Liability, governing law and contact
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TKTS APP and Jumpers Agency are not responsible for indirect loss arising from matters outside their reasonable control, including network or device failures. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
