TKTS APP sells tickets for real, in-person experiences: concerts, comedy shows, festivals, cultural events, sports activities and more. Every ticket is linked to its event, date or session, venue and admission rules, then securely validated at the venue with QR technology.
The platform is operated by Jumpers Agency, the team responsible for TKTS APP software development, marketing, commercial operations and financial administration. We work alongside organizers and venues; organizers remain responsible for producing and operating their own events.

Ticketing is not only a checkout button. It is a promise between an audience member, an organizer and a venue.
- Secure account and phone verification flows help protect access.
- Payments are processed securely through Paymob for Jumpers Agency.
- Tickets live in a digital wallet with QR-based entry validation.
- Eligible tickets can be transferred between registered users through the TKTS APP website or mobile app.
- A transfer completes only after the recipient accepts it. The previous QR code and serial are cancelled, and the new owner receives a new valid ticket credential.
- Organizers get tools for events, capacity, ticket sales, teams and scanning without exposing unnecessary buyer data.
